The interior of Buku's home is filled with murals and artwork collected over many years, creating a unique environment for visitors to appreciate. The house has since become known as the 'House of Art'. It is an old but quaint house which used to belong to his father who died when Buku was still young. Buku was born in 1970 in Malang but grew up in Yogyakarta. One such place belongs to one of Indonesia's most popular artists, Buku Boyam.
